Kids to budding Managers

Sports & Management Research Institute (SMRI) initiated SUCCESS PANCHTANTRA, a unique training programme this summer to teach our kids three important quotients our formal education system doesn’t teach our students. These quotients are Management Quotient, Psychological Quotient and Survival Quotient. The programme was led by Labeeb K Alavi, the corporate relations head of SMRI.

During the SUCCESS PANCHTANTRA, the students were challenged to initiate a new project. R C CAR RACING LEAGUE. Students got intensive training in management skills and sports management to lead the project. Within one month the students were ready to work for the league.

NUROS R C CAR RACING LEAGUE is going to be the world’s first sports league of the kids organized by the kids and for the kids. This is also going to be the first league under the USA model School Sports Leagues project presented by the Sports & Management Research Institute (SMRI) at the International Sports Summit Kerala 2024 (ISSK 2024) in Thiruvananthapuram. Nuros Radio Controlled Car Racing League aims to make India a science and technology superpower, especially in the automobile industry by identifying and developing the talents of our school students in science, technology, management and business.

This league will create opportunities for our R C CAR freak kids to be professional R C CAR racers of of tomorrow.

On May 2, 2024, the students who are attending the SUCCESS PANCHTANTRA programme presented the details of the R C CAR RACING LEAGUE at Press Club, Alappuzha. Their confidence is the success of Success Panchtantra and we are sure that they are budding professionals!!
